Anterior Deltoid

Steps for doing:


1. The coloured part in being stretched.

2. Lean against the wall as shown in figure

3. Elbow abuts the wall

4. Maintain an angle of 90 degree between left arm and left side chest wall of the body

5. Left Hands supported on the wall

6. Only body moves in front by fixing the left shoulder joint

7.Hold the same position for 10-20 seconds, without holding your breath

1. Most importing muscle of shoulder complex

2. Helps in lifting the upper limb

2. Left Arm elbow and forearm in straight line

3. Maintain an angle of 90 degree between left arm and left side chest wall of the body

4. Hold a pole as shown.

5. Thumb facing the ground as shown

6. Rotate the body towards right side by fixing left upper limb

7. Hold the same position for 10-20 seconds without holding your breath

3. Hold the right wrist with left hand, in such a way that thumb is below

4. Pull the right wrist region downward & forward by left hand

5. Hold the position for 10-20 seconds without holding your breath

5. Pull by the left hand upwards & towards left side
