Steps for doing:


1. The coloured part is being stretched.

2. Keep your right hand behind your body.

3. Left hand behind your head and just behind ears as shown

4. Pull your head towards left and forward.

5. Remember to tuck your chin towards the chest wall.

6. See that head is moved in an arch-like fashion towards the left side

7. Hold the same position for 10-20 seconds, without holding your breath

3. Turn the head towards the opposite direction.

4. Push Towards right and downwards.

5. Hold the same position for 10-20 seconds, without holding your breath
