Steps for doing:


1. The coloured part is being stretched.

2. Hold both legs with hands as shown.

3. Hold Both feet's together as shown.

4. Push both knees to touch the floor.

5. Hold the same position for 10-20 seconds without holding your breath

3.Move right leg and thigh posteriorly behind your body

4. Flex upper body(above hip) forward as shown.

4. Pull behind and upward as shown.
